Roles and Responsibilities of the Executive Board*
President:
Preside at all meetings of the Choir Boosters, appoint all committee chairmen, and shall be an ex-officio member of all committees. He/She shall be responsible for the dispatching of business. He/She shall always state the kind of meeting and it's purpose/agenda and fulfill any other duties normally accorded to the President's office. The president will be responsible for maintaining the Choir Website, Calendar, Square store site, and social media.

Vice President:
Assume all the duties of the president in his/her absence and other duties assigned by the president. Offer insights and recommendations concerning club agendas and activities and lead or assist with projects as needed.

Treasurer:​
Receive all monies accruing to the choir boosters and shall deposit the same in an approved depository under the names of Kenton Ridge Choir Boosters within 2 business days (allowing for holidays). The treasurer shall keep an accurate and complete record of all receipts and disbursements. The year ending financial review shall be submitted by the outgoing treasure and given to the current fiscal year treasurer when turning over financial records.

Secretary:
Keep the membership record of the minutes of all meetings, attend to the correspondence, and maintain electronic versions of all documents related to the choir boosters organization. This position is advancing and embracing the current technology of the 21st century using social media, POS, website and updated forms of communication.

*The Executive Board for the following school year will be nominated and elected during the last choir parent meeting of each school year.
(Typically in April or May)

Board Members:
Up to 5 Board Members, attend meetings, provide support to the program and executive board, and are voting members of the organization.
